SCOPE OF SUPPLY
FOLLOWING ARE THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF
AQUACHLOR- GENTM –05 ELECTROCHLORINATOR.
1. BRINE TANK

4. NAOCL STORAGE TANK
5. DOSING PUMP
6. RACTIFIER PANEL
SYSTEM DISCRIPTION
- INSTALL THE ELECTROCHLORINATOR AT A SUITABLE PLACE.
- CONNECT THE POWER CABLES BETWEEN RECTIFIER OUTPUT TERMINAL AND THE ELECTROLYSER.
Note: ENSURE THAT THE POSITIVE OUTPUT OF THE RECTIFIER IS CONNECTED TO ANODE AND NEGATIVE IS CONNECTED TO CATHODE OF THE ELECTROLYSER, RESPECTIVELY.
- PLUG THE RECTIFIER INPUT CABLE TO A SINGLE PHASE 50Hz, 220V, 15
- AMPS SOCKET WITH PROPER EARTH CONNECTION.
- ADD 20 GRAMS. OF SALT INTO A SEPARATE CONTAINER AND PREPARE A FINE BRINE SOLUTION BY ADDING 60 ML OF WATER. ALLOW THE SOLUTION TO SETTLE DOWN FOR 5-10 MINUTES. DO NOT DISTURB THE TANK
- NOW PASS 1.0 LITER OF RAW WATER IN ONE HOUR WITH BRINE SOLUTION ADDED THROUGH BRINE TANK AND BOTH WILL PASS THROUGH
ELECTROLYSER ASSEMBLY.
- FINNALY NAOCL WILL BE GENARATED AND WILL BE STORED IN NAOCL
STORAGE TANK
- DOSING OUMP WILL DOSE THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OS GENERATED HYPOCHLOITE (NAOCL) TO THE POINT OF APPLICATION.
